About myself and what I hope to accomplish here

I am a retired 1st LT. U.S. Army (Signal Corp) Ft. Bragg, N.C. Communications Officer who after surviving lung cancer surgery in 2001 was given a second chance on life and I'm enjoying it everyday. I'm happily married and am very proud of my 4 children who are grown now and doing well in life.
